If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact both the shipping carrier and Bombay Comfort Clothing as soon as possible so we can assist with an investigation.

11. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item.
  • Photographs of the shipping box.
  • Photographs of all packaging materials.
  • A description of the damage.

Failure to retain the original packaging may affect the carrier's ability to investigate shipping damage claims.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:

  • Carrier fees.
  • Additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

13. Split Shipments

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages unless agreed to before shipment.
